*Note: I am pleased to see how well you did with a dying form of photography.*

The way you hold yourself in this picture gives off a very specific vibe. You look as if you are deep in thought. I imagine that is what you were looking to do. I thought the angle you took the picture in was a decent one. You could have probably tried doing it from above, but this is alright.
The idea you used for this picture is fairly common. I think you made up for that by putting it in black and white. The way the hair is held and your face is cocked also helps to keep it original. It looks unique.
When doing black and white photography, you need to be cognizant of a couple things; first, you need to make sure the contrast is not overbearing. You have to ease the transition from light to dark. Or it might take the eyes away from the person. A cause of not contrasting some places, is the way the background stands out more than your face.
The feeling I get from this picture is amazing. I can feel how the person felt just wit this picture. The person is calm, at ease, whatever you want to call it. She is clearly a beautiful woman also.

**Thank you for sharing this with me and asking for me to critique it. This a very refreshing sight for sore eyes. (I refer to the use of black and white photography) Keep working! You are a talented artist**
