The vision you created left the imagination of an old photography on the one hand. I can't find any clue of why this should be a digital photography, except the clearness of the first layer all in all. I don't know how, but for an ISO-speed of 500 this is really clear, maybe because of the second layer which created the old and dusty feeling. While other try to avoid those particles on their scanned negatives, you used them to create the impression of a not digital photography.
This is what I can say about the way you edited this picture.

The picture as itself leaves a deep impression of a departure into something new, I'm not really sure if this new is something which I would go easily into, or not. I like it, all in all.

You should try taking pictures on film.
